Church Community Builder (CCB) is an online tool that serves as an online community for our church, providing ways to improve communication and connection between you and others in the church as well as between you and the church office. After requesting a login, or being assigned one, you will receive an email containing your login information. 

Why Do We Use CCB?

CCB is our church management software that we use to maintain profiles of all participants who are involved with CTF Ottawa. We use it to store your donations, your involvement, your communication preferences and send you annual donation receipts for income tax purposes. CCB provides information about the groups you may be in, and the volunteer opportunities at Catch The Fire Ottawa, but also allows you to view your giving records and update your contact information to make sure you receive important communication from the church.

Who has access to CCB?

Anyone involved with CTF Ottawa can request a login to CCB.  Access is controlled by the CTF Ottawa staff. The basic level of access to CCB will allow you to update your contact information and view your giving history.   In circumstances where someone is misusing the online community, the church office may restrict or block access to CCB. To request a login send your request to ottawa@catchthefire.com.

Is CCB Secure?

Church Community Builder works hard to ensure all of your data is secure.  The church staff is limited to only having access to the information necessary to do their job.
